Mission
Miguel H Unlimited Car Audio E.U. is a one-man company focused on permanent growth for development and innovation of new technologies and sound installations of the latest generation. Through support for consultations, technical support with products and top quality services with excellent quality and full warranty and an adequate business infrastructure for the achievement of the objectives.
Specific objectives
Part of the strategy to be able to reach both objectives, corporative and general are the following specific objectives, identified as key within the proposal.
- Characterize the business in terms of sector and market.
- Identify and analyze the administrative processes and apply them to the business management.
- Diagnose actual state of the business.
- Elaborate the strategic market plan, human resources management plan, inventories, financial state, customers loyalty, costs and business management budgets.
- Consolidate strategies and evaluate their impact when implemented to the business.
General objective
Design business management strategies with prospective vision which gives opportunities for the business development in the national economy.
Corporative objectives
Give a better service to our customers in the car audio market, based on the trust and recognition of our services like installation, repair and trading of our products, this to increase our sales.
To be a leader in the market, meeting the highest quality standards and accessibility as we will be direct importer of our products.
Company's historical review
Miguel H. Car Audio was funded by Miguel Hernández in 1990 in Bogotá D.C, Mr. Hernández did studies about electricity and English, he started fixing radios and oval speakers for buses. Then he started to work with sound plants which he installed in buses and automobiles, he was pioneer in car audio tournaments, some time after that he started to import sound plants, speakers, bass and equalizers.
He designed and built the first car audio projects for buses and automobiles, that was the starting point for competing in car audio tournaments where Miguel H. Car Audio started to become recognized not only in Bogotá but in some other cities and towns
A few years passed, sound products evolved drastically, more powerful sound plants appear in the market as well as mediums replaced soon the normal speaker, Mr. Hernández has been always concentrated about working with blue chip technology.
Mr. Hernández, has built a reputation throughout all those years, proof of that is the extensive warranty offered to each one of his projects giving peace of mind to all his customers where they leave their cars in his garage.
Nowadays, Miguel H. Car Audio offers several products like H.I.D. lights, electronic security systems and software updates for blue chip equipment, as well as some other services, all of them oriented to automobiles, buses, trucks, lorries and bespoke horse saddle audio systems for horse ridings.
